Still no word on Au Ra Naming Conventions?

We were originally aiming to release the Au Ra naming conventions in late May; however, because we are prioritizing the release of Heavensward, we had to push this back a bit. We have definitely not forgotten that everyone is waiting patiently (very patiently) for it!

I think you mean soon™...

Either way they've confirmed it won't be "late May," which can only mean "end of May or before Early Access." Not exactly comforting when they said back in March they had them ready and were just waiting for the green light from Yoshi-P to post them...

And I understand that; Heavensward no doubt has an incredibly long script that has to be translated into 5+ languages, all of which has to be cross-referenced with the other languages to ensure consistency. They probably work like Thal's balls just to keep the 3-month patch cycle consistent, to say nothing of the little tidbits (like naming conventions).

Still, it's just a little dispiriting to be told "late May" and then when late May rolls around have that changed to "soon™"... I understand why, but even so.

Due to preparations for the launch of Heavensward, Au Ra will not be available immediately after launch. We do plan on making them available in a future patch. Please look forward to it.

With a few weeks to go, you'd think they'd have naming conventions finalized and the post drafted by now.

Not that I'll be changing my name but, It would be great to see them out before release for the RP community especially.

The conventions are finalized, but the Lore localizations are not, and this needs to be completed so they can have ay simultaneous world release ..
