I've never had a problem running Borderless on Windows 8.1. o_o, is there seriously a difference?During the presentation of the DX11 client, they told something that the DX11 client will adress performance issues in areas with many players by moving more CPU work
into GPU work.
From the description, it seems memory and BUS speed seems to be the bottlenecks for this.
And BTW: As I've seen on some screenshots. Beginning with Windows 8 there is a serious performance hit when running in Window/borderless Window instead of real fullscreen.
I thought there wasn't any.
