I would spend 30-40 bux on an aftermarket air cooler and some arctic silver thermal paste honestly. i think cooler master 212 have a really good reputation, ur processor prob getting too hot if it's dropping all the way down to 20 fps.

im using that cooler as well, im not sure about the thermal paste though
