Dissipate is for raids. Pretty much confirming SCH is backup healer in 3.0

how do you come to that conclusion from bigger heals, better shields, stronger utility, more damage potential, better mana management?
SCH is already a beast and is getting literally every weakness in their loadout buffed up
All dissipate will be is an additional self buff that will make the rare situation where fairy isn't optimal no longer an issue

If anything they make it sound like SCH is going to be the go-to main healer


WHM is getting a lustrate-ish heal, a ground aoe regen, and another tier of stone and aero. That is nothing compared to what scholar is getting

Yep and after all that DPS is still the name of the game. And we don't know if SCH's AoE healing potential will be just as good than the other 2, despite this new information.
