If I'm correct it was said in the livestream that you could switch between both stances and gain stacks of each, so you could have 5 wrath AND 5 Abadon. If thats right then either A.) Can't use Abadon stacks on current Wrath skills, or B.) Abadon can be used, but does a different effect (either based on what stance you are in, or possibly combining both at once.)

The way they said it, when switching stances, your Abadon stacks become Wrath stacks and viceversa. Based on the fact classes might get 5 skills and what we've seen with Warrior, then they would only have 1 attack with Abadon stacks.

That's why I say it will most likely use the same Wrath skills but the effect with Abadon stacks will change their power/extra effect.

just a heads up but raging strikes isnt a CC skill. CC is crowd control, like sleeping enemies or binding them. raging doesnt control enemies, it just makes you do more damage

I don't actually think we'll get that many traits. I'm thinking something more like 5 new skills and 2, maybe 3 new traits. And also we can't use BLM as a definitive example. Since technically, Fire IV and Blizz IV could potentially count as one skill when coupled with Enochian. Much like how 1 mudra could unlock multiple skills. Obviously I don't know this, just thinking objectively.

With our current cross bars, we have 32 bindings without switching. (R2, L2, R2+L2, L2+R2) I feel like if we need to switch to separate pages just to use all of our abilities, than that's just too much and they need to cut back some. 32 bindings should be more than enough, it's just going to reach the point where the game isn't fun anymore if we get to many abilities to keep track of in addition to encounter mechanics.

They just told us about few new skills, not them all and nothing about traits. During an older LL they said there will be new crossbar shortcut but didn't show it yet.

I suspect it'll be closer to 2-3 traits and 2-3 skills per class if that many....
Those are the CLASS skills. You're forgetting about the JOB skills you're likely to get on levels 55 and 60, through completion of the job quests.

We are not getting any class skills at all. Everything thing we get will be JOB skills. And no, the job skills we get will not be only 55 and 60 but will all most likely require you to complete a quest to get them as usual

He was talking about cross-class skills, not crowd control.

They have stated that the job quests will resume at 52, so it's possible they will be every two levels, which would fit 5 new abilities if they're every 2 levels now.

    all they need for crossbars are built in customizable conditionals for combos, stances, prereqs. Like having 2 combos branching from the 1st hit be buttons 1 > 2 > 3 and 1 > 3 > 2 and not 1 > 2 > 3 and 1 > 4 > 5
