If this would apply to cleric's stance: Cleric's Stance trait could remove the 20% healing reduction penalty. While not overly powerful or useful at all, your healing would be less crippled at least.
I actually really like this idea. While it wouldn't be huge, since INT and MND are swapped anyways, removal of the 20% reduction to healing would further support WHM being the "pure" healer.
