and what about the new LB3, other than being majestic doesn't it look like it could be named after the traditional "Drakoken"? I see it fit!

And people running this combo (assuming it's viable) may very well attain extremely high DPS if the last melee is a MNK and MCH gunshots are considered blunt damage (I don't see any reason why they wouldn't).
I mean, who cares about the NIN trick attack when ALL DPS could have their damage being buffed 100% of the time?

I'm thinking the stance will unlock 2 weapon skills, one after full thrust and one after chaos thrust. Since chaos thrust combo is more debuff oriented and FT combo is more direct damage, likely the 4th finishers will follow in suit. "Fuller thrust" might be 420ish potency or something, and finsher after Chaotic Thrust could be like STR-10% on the mob, or reduce the mob's critical hit evasion by 5%(indirectly increasing the raid's crit hit damage by 5%).
Then we might have an oGCD that expends the stance but delivers big damage instantly, say 300 or something.

Even if the new moves don't apply a debuff, Dragoon is still an incredibly effective class for DPS checks, especially the impromtu ones. The new moves on further solidify the role. I still say it's a survivability class, which is what can make it far more effective.
But, aside from moves, anyone get a good look at all that gear? It's far better than most of the stuff we currently have in the looks department. Also, anyone seen or know where I can find a picture of the GLAIVE we're getting? Looks like a Dark Knight sword on a spear.

i'm sure that MNK will still be top dps.
the plan was from the beginning that MNK would be highest dps, cause it's more difficult to maintain. while DRG is easy to play, but not as strong.
MNK got new ways to boost their damage as well, not just DRG, so yah, monk will still be champion of dps.
