    Having the same issue, except I've never had problems before with connecting with Eastlink and we've had it as our ISP for a few years. It's just both of the NA data center's I can't seem to connect to, every other one I can connect to.

    I just made a phone call to Eastlink and there is a recording about a problem they are having with 'slow internet in Nova Scotia'...my internet appears to be working fine, and I'm getting 40mb/sec, but still can't connect/stay connected...I'm assuming our problem is related to this. The recording says they are working on the problem.
