It's because there's not much information. We don't really know if this is a DPS increase overall, which is really the issue. It's easy to look at it on paper and say "Yep, our attacks are 2x stronger. Go Bard" and then lament later when you parse lower than before because you didn't count auto-attacks into the mix. Or you forgot that in the time it takes to use a single Bloodletter, a non-minuet Bard has already fired off Bloodletter and Heavy Shot AND an auto-attack.

See? There's a lot of variables when talking about optimal DPS. That's why I've been saying there needs to be a big difference between using Minuet and not for it to truly increase our DPS. Otherwise it's just a fancy way of doing the same damage while sacrificing mobility.
