PS4 HW pre-order code help

So I hear that finally we can redeem our pre-rder codes now the bug is fixed but I seem to have issues. When I input my code it tells me the code might not be correct (checked it 3 times) or is no longer valid. Thing is this is the code I am being given directly from the SE website and I never received an e-mail to say that they could be used originally. I'm just looking for some help before I get a chance to call them this afternoon.

Then if you didn't get an email, and the code isn't working, then chances are that they disabled the code to stop people from doing just what you're trying. It's a cheap, dirty fix to an unexpected problem. I'd wait till they send you an email with a code, or till it's two weeks till Heavensward's release, before getting antsy.

Problem is the fact that people have been able to use their codes and that SE recognised the error that was caused by people being able to use their codes. They say that they fixed it so I would expect to be able to use my code. Otherwise why would the issue of happened in the first place?

The issue here wasn't Square, it was Sony Europe. You shouldn't have been able to use the code as noone else's been able to yet (for lack of an ability to pre-order).

Hmm odd well back to waiting (tbh I am more worried my code may of been invalid than being antsy for HW) but I still find it strange some where able to use their codes for the HW add on and others can't.

What? It's not really a matter of who could or couldn't, you weren't supposed to be able to use the codes to begin with. The fact some could was the problem, causing those that did to break their games. Square will likely send out new codes when the time actually is right instead of when Sony Europe thinks is right.

Also If u read what se said in the log in screen. If u did get your codes for ps4/3 do not put the code in yet. Or you will ruin AAR and have to uninstall and re download it again To be able to play. Since I guess the HW code messes up AAR right now
