    21/05/2015 Hotfix Broke Your Game

    Said maint was beginning, I exited game while in Mor Dhona. I spent several hours doing lessons on Youtube then opened the game and servers were up. I logged in but before giving me the option to hit play it gives me an error message:



    I deleted the temporary internet files. I turned my computer off and came back later. I restarted my router (not on the gui, by physically turning it off for 15 seconds then back on). I do not use a proxy server.

    I will not reinstall the game, it takes a very long time to download because your servers are slow and goes at about 1/6th what my connection is capable of.

    It's hard enough to deal with you putting every maintenance directly on top of oceanic peak times for many hours at a time, but when your hot fixes just break the game so we can't play it's too much. You need better developers so that your maintenance periods are not convoluted.

    Wow, you got a more detailed error fixing explanation than I did. Oh Square-Enix, 6 hours to reinstall the entire game. It's a good thing I have to be at work but now I can't have my pre-work quick mining umbral rocks fun...
