    any SEA timezone players?

    I've been playing this game for just over 7 months now and most of my fc people are NA zone and not online a lot

    is there any fc that has reasonable number of people during SEA peak hours?

    Forgive my ignorance but I am sure I am not the only one wondering about it, as the'res no SEA in the list of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of..._abbreviations nor in this other list ofhttp://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/ abbreviations. what are the UTC + or - values or alternative name??
