Pretty much this. I'm honestly disgusted by the number of players that seem to WANT new content in the cash shop instead of added to the game for free...

I'm just happy my first ever OP thread sparked so much debate. I guess I don't care what people tell me I can do with my money... I already spend it playing this, it shouldn't effect anyone else if I want to pay more for a cool aura glow, exclusive color dyes or hair styles. Just like the Odin Mount for 24$ doesn't do anything but visually change you. Thanks for your input though, seems like I have alot of people who agree with me though.

My only problem with dye's are, people asked for a pure white dye, and a pure black dye...
Only for it to be some rare ass item by playing RNG masters with our retainers. o-o;
If it's just dye....can we get it other places besides RNGing it?

This. I really wish they'd address this. I've had the worst luck getting Pure White whereas I easily have 10-20 of EVERY other color that I'll never use. If nothing else, it'd be nice if there was a dye exchange merchant so you could trade your undesired color (I'm looking at you Pastel Green...) for something you would actually use.

I don't mind more things in cash shop but I wouldn't do cash shop suggestions.
We definitely need more character customization, ok. But no need to tell them to put it into cash shop immediately. If there are things they want to add normally and people say put it into cash shop, they will do it.
