    Huh. When I saw the thread title I thought it'd be asking what someof the icons for classes in the party list are supposed to be (someone amusingly suggesting "mammoth tusks" for scholar is a fun memory), but I've never seen the outlines you posted in my game. Strange.

    Apparently these are the secret marks of a True Master and unlock under certain conditions. I've shouted in Mor Dhona and nobody else have them except me. People ask how I get these, but all I can say, do your job well and one day you'll earn them too. /jk
    Probably a glitch or something.

    It means they have selected that job in their search info. I.E "These are the classes I'm damn good at / wish to play"

    It's appear when the player use "Looking for Party" status. (I was asking this question before and this is the answer )
