I already have a problem with nerfing things to begin with, and if they added echo at the start of everything I'd just unsubscribe and wait forthe expansion. There are very few challenges left in the game, why do you want to remove them too?
Does anyone even like beating content that had to be nerfed for them to beat it?

They should do the opposite!
They should add ilvl synced primal fights with higher % for ponies to drop.
And the ilvl sync should be really tight. Like titan ex could be say ilvl 70 or so.
That is something I would enjoy farming, but right now everything is so easy with our high ilvl and on top of that we get the embarrasing echo.

Nope. You want more "echo" because of Heavensward? Go access the old content after farming your i150 gear or whatever. Increasing the level cap is already going to do more than enough to progressively nerf older content.

Every raid has 15-20% echo, Steps of faith nerfed, WoD isn't hard anyway. Shiva and every primal has echo. There is literally almost nothing in 2.0 that hasn't been nerfed.

Technically not all primal fights have the echo... Odin doesn't. D:
