It was noticed in General Discussion's own formal letter to Square about the RMT spam that there's a bit of confusion about any actual feedback forum for us.
Well, after reporting a rather unsavory fellow in-game, I was contacted by a GM rather quickly. Following the discussion over the report itself, (s)he mentioned I'm free to leave feedback here... which prompted the same curiosity mentioned above.
[Me]: It's been noted in the General Discussions forum that there's no designated feedback forum. There is a Website Feedback forum, but that may be getting confused as literally feedback over the website itself.
[GM Redacted]: If your feedback concerns a specific aspect of gameplay which has its own subforum, then feel free to post it there. If the feedback is more general, you can place it in General Discussion. Perhaps you can even leave feedback requesting a specific place for feedback regarding the game or our services, too.
So there we have it. The Website Feedback & Suggestions forum, upon looking at it, seems to be about 10% feedback and 90% suggestions for game content. While bug catching and glitch finding may be best kept in its own forum set, anyone else here think there needs to be a split so other brands of feedback for our opinions of currently existing content can be kept separate from a swarm of other topics and posts?
