Stars always move across the sky, it's just hard to see IRL unless you're hanging out for a few hours. I have been looking up more often since they changed the distance mechanics a bit, though. Freaked out when I saw the UFO spotlight things, but I guess they've always been there? (?)

I would spend more time in the game looking up but I keep running into cliffs.

At first I thought they were Ixali spy baloons since they're over all the cities, but I guess they're just Eorzea's street lights. They move a bit, back and forth across the sky, but I never knew they were there until my settings were just right.
