    All servers based in Chaos will likely be transferred to the EU Datacenter.

    Forcing all the EU players to transfer would be chaos, between lost FCs, lost housing plots, lost friends lists, transferring to different servers than your friends etc. Migrating the entire set of servers will be hard, but far less trouble than forcing the 100s of thousands of EU players to transfer.

    But I just saw you're in Sargatanas. Well, that's your own fault. It's clearly listed that that is an NA Server. Perhaps if you're lucky people will be given free transfers, but I doubt it, since as I said earlier, the datacenter for Europe is clearly listed and Sargatanas is not in it.

    PS. As far as I'm aware, paid-for server transfers do not have the same limitation as attempting to create new characters, so you should be able to transfer fine.
