    Duty finder not always yout best friend for contents, and party finder is sadly the same beacuse people expect you to be same they are and they have been on same boat as you..
    Why don't you find active social / casual fc in moogle?
    Or try be social with others do stuff together its mmo afterall.
    Sorry to say this but trolling is everywhere so you won't find completely trollfree server., and all you have to do is learn ignore them.
