PS4/PS3 Digital CE Heavensward Preoder

So were about a little more than a month before Heavensward release and there is still no word on the digital pre-order for HW. SE has said they will keep PS players abreast of the news in relation to working out a deal with Sony, but...nothing has been said. So what's the deal? I would very much like the CE's digital content but not the figurine so a digital pre-order would fulfill my need much more than a physical purchase. Can we get an update on this, please?
