Another War Nov Stat Question - SS?

Hey all - sorry for another Warrior Novus stat question, but I'm so confused with all of the new equipment, patches, accuracy caps, 15% coil buff, etc... My current war has accuracy over 600, which I'm told is way too high. I'm re-doing my stats for my relic and was planning on just dumping det and crit into it. The one stat I don't hear much about is skill speed. Why no love there? Logically I'd assume the faster I can do things the better I'll be (assuming I can manage TP of course). Would a 3 stat setup of det, crit and ss be better than straight crit/det? I have the money and I'm currently in T11 (mostly OT stuff so damage is probably a better build) in case that info helps in any feedback. Appreciate any help.

No amount of TP management is going to save a warrior in final coil. If you're not running out of TP offtanking in any given turn of final coil when left to your own devices you're either offtanking in defiance or not actually using skills for long periods of time.

As for whether or not skill speed is useful, investing in some skill speed will let you hit 9 abilities during berserk reliably so until that point, it's a good idea to grab some skill speed. The recommendation in regards to that I hear most often is 390 skill speed, all of my own gear sets currently have between 394 and 401 because that's how the numbers worked out when making a gear set with at least 390. People claim their latency makes it so they need more skill speed, I have no issues consistently hitting 9 abilities in berserk with the aforementioned values while playing from europe if that's any indication.

The current gear choices available (@i130 left side & non crafted accessories) don't really give warriors a lot of skspd.

My setup for T13 doesn't hit 390
