Too Much Content Locked Behind Housing

Please fix the Housing situation by 3.1 SE.

It'll be totally depressing if we can't participate in Airship Crafting & STILL not be able to Garden+ because we're locked from Housing due to a lack of Plots.

Needs fixing no later than 3.1.

1. Look for a house that is owned by an FC and doesn't have stuff growing on garden plots.
2. Join that Fc.
3. Garden.
4. Get Heavensward
5. Make airship with new friends in FC
6. stick tongue out at Plebs, while riding fancy airship
7. ???
8. Profit!

I don't think airship crafting is coming to personal housing, everything I've heard is it's FC content.

Ok but what is the difference between FC housing and player housing? Ah, there's the rub.

And the other comment about joining a FC is silly. Some FC's are looking for plots to buy. Why should they break up their group to join some OTHER FC just because SE can't get it together and players like to keep each other from content?

I wonder what kind of human beings some of you are that you are so mean to each other in a game. SE needs to address this.

Ok but what is the difference between FC housing and player housing? Ah, there's the rub.

Private Rooms? They've said we'll have to purchase the Airship Workshop, makes sense it would function exactly the same as Private Rooms; Free Company estates can buy them, private ones cannot.

I've been checking out different servers and so far the plots are gone. It really terrible that a group of FC members leave because of housing. Especially with content being behind housing.

I've really tried everything that I could but it's overwhelming trying to balance so much content after coming back for being gone for a month. It may be unfair but this is what happened when an emergency pops up. I know the game doesn't revolve around just me. It's a whole community of different types of people coming together.

I feel your pain for anyone who wants a house and can't get one and the people who have houses that people think should be evicted. It honestly makes me feel a bit depressed since it reminds me so much of real life.

From what I gathered Airships are FC only, they might add them to player housing later but if at that point not everyone can own a house its just asking for even more trouble; even though the airships seems completely pointless in 3.0 and are just a glorified retainer system with a new coat of paint until they add in more functionality in 3.1 when we can ride them and people without a Free Company will be able to board Airships as a guest or mercenary from what I hear.

Common things is to get the field of an inactive FC. I am member of a FC with house and i own 2 alts FC with a medium and a small plot + my mansion. Some Big farmers owns more than 5 FC with plots. Plus, the mix between player houses and FC houses made the offers far under the demand.
