No "Unlock Activation Key" button for Pre-Order bonuses.

I havent received any code, thats the problem. In my email I have a confirmation from the SE Store saying "Thank you for ordering Heavensward for PC" and telling me I'll be charged when the game is going to ship. It says I can go get my Pre-Order bonus code from the link below.

Upon clicking the link Im brought to my order page where the only button I see is "Instructions" on how to redeem the code, but no button to unlock the code itself. My friend did this earlier and she also ordered it from the SE store and she had her code within the hour.
