No "Unlock Activation Key" button for Pre-Order bonuses.

Just pre-ordered the Heavensward CE, went to get my pre-order code and theres no way for me to get it. My friend told me, and showed me through skype where the "Unlock" button is but I have no such button, nor code displayed anywhere on my order screen.

Ive tried Chrome, FF, and IE and I disbaled Ad-Block for the website and still nothing. Ive sent in a support email for it but that can take 24-48 hours so I've been trying to get info on this from every site I know. So far no luck, anyone able to tell me anything about this?

I havent received any code, thats the problem. In my email I have a confirmation from the SE Store saying "Thank you for ordering Heavensward for PC" and telling me I'll be charged when the game is going to ship. It says I can go get my Pre-Order bonus code from the link below.

Upon clicking the link Im brought to my order page where the only button I see is "Instructions" on how to redeem the code, but no button to unlock the code itself. My friend did this earlier and she also ordered it from the SE store and she had her code within the hour.

If you ordered from Square-Enix store, you should have a confirmation email that looks like this. (This is the email I got).



Click the link highlighted here and it will bring you to a page that looks like this:



Your preorder activation code is displayed here. You then take this code and enter it into the heavensward preorder website.

This will generate another code which can then be redeemed by logging into the mogstation. This is probably the button that your friend was referring to.

If you never received an email like the one above then there's probably some mistake that needs to be resolved with SE customer support.

Yeap, Im looking at that Email and I've clicked the link and gone to the page. I even clicked the "I cant see this email" button on the top right and gone through that page to get to my code.

When I get to the second image you've shown all I can see is the "Instructions" button. No unlock button or code on display.

Only thing I might try is see if you are actually logged in to the square-enix store website. If not, see if logging in will make the button show up for you. You can navigate to that page by clicking on "My Account" from the top right navigation pane. Then click on "Your Orders" tab, followed by "View" below where it says "Download Page".

Right now in the top right of the page it says "Log In as -Insert my name-". I just relogged so that didnt seem to help. I really do appreciate all this trouble you're going through to help by the way.

Yeah sorry nothing works, seems like you're gonna have to wait for a reply from customer support. if you really can't wait, you can try chat support by going through the support center.

That's what I do when I have account or billing related problems
