I'll breakdown the Angered guide real quick:

Using Bloodletter first before Straight Shot will allow BL to be on cooldown. It has, what, a 20 second cooldown timer? (I'm really retarded and I'm a Bard main, go figure >_>).
Straight shot is obviously a buff that will be needed to be up 99.99% of the time (What's with the .01 you might ask. It depends. If you have a Straighter Shot buff, I usually just wait till it's about to drop then use the Straighter Shot buff [Although, you might lose DPS over this. probably. maybe. oh well.])

The regular rotation I use (not including buffs) is:
Bloodletter -> Straight Shot -> Venomous Bite -> Windbite -> Heavy Shot Spam until you need to refresh your DoTs.

Now....with buffs:
Hawk's Eye + Raging Strikes -> Bloodletter - Straight Shot -> Blood for Blood - Internal Release -> Venomous Bite -> X-Pot of Dex -> Windbite -> Flaming Arrow + Barrage.
Whenever you use Heavy Shot, spam your Bloodletter key. It'll reset every-so-often.
Priority System comes into place.
Bloodletter's up! Use it ASAP.
Straight Shot has 4 seconds left? Reapply.
Try to clip your DoTs at 3 seconds. Sometimes it's alright to clip at 6 if there's a Ninja applying Trick Attack and you have some of the major buffs activated (Raging Strikes, Internal Release, Blood for Blood).

Also, replying to kyuven's point, it doesn't matter what DoT you use first (Ven or Wind). It's just a preference thing. It both evens out no matter what you use first.
