[Suggestion] Take some ideias from FFXII

Hey there everyone, found this threat in the forum, and I think it was interesting to post its link here in this sub-forum.

Basicaly it tells that FFXII battle system (Active Dimension Battle) would be great for FFXIV, personaly I think it would. Easier to use, more options, great for PC and PS3 users (current battle system will be a little complicated for PS3 users I think), BEST targeting system (current targeting system is horrible for gamepad users, normaly you don't target the monster/npc that you want) and a possible Auto-Attack system.

What do you think?

I was sorta used to the pause when you selected commands for your characters, so I'm not familiar with the game being played without the pause.

Though, I think its just a high speed ffxi.. Targeting would be great, it isn't so hard anymore now that they have that extra button.

The gamepad is ok the only thing I dislike is lack of userfriendly. For example you access chat-log unless you highlight it via mouse, you don't have command for small text keyboard (was hoping since SE loves to add gamepad to pc games) that's basically my only issue.
