Requiem's main focus as a free company will be PvE progression. Requiem is split into departments to keep itself organized. Each department (PvE and PvP). It is the department leader's job to make sure their department is pushing a "progressive" mentality and striving to be the best in the game at what they do. This ensures that our members are happy. We are a semi-hardcore guild which plans to balance a casual friendly atmosphere with a hardcore atmosphere (Inculding Real-Life Friends,Kids,Spouses,Etc.)
