    halatali quest or...

    My game playing history is weird because of a slow start and long delay coming back after v1. What quest or questline do I follow to get into Haltali dungeon? My conjurer is lv47 and rank 4 in the hunting log and has no main questline quests available. I want to have lv20 dungeon for my lv23 thm

    For Halatali you need to unlock it from Nedrick in Vesper Bay. Then you talk to the person in front of Halatali to open it
