[Suggestion] NPC Voice Chat

I feel as though normal NPCs who we interactive with at the click of the mouse should have a chat box as they do now but have the option to also have the NPC speak it out loud as well as a chat box.

The voice can only be heard by the person who clicks the NPC as it will not be in a cutscene that would be terrible if alot of people were clicking on the same NPC for a quest or something.

I know that requires you to hire more voice actors but I think it would be worth it.

Pros:
It would be awesome!
It could help you if you cannot read the small print very easily.
You would feel more immersed into the story.
You might find small side quests more fun!

Cons:
Hire more people for voice acting.
Some people might not like this feature. (will be an option not default)
This could cause lag issues or load issues with so many more mp3s playing from everyone.

They would have to hire 4 languages voice actors; EN, JP, FR and German was it? In order to do 1 line. That's a lot of hours and wages to pay.

Anyways, the cost would exceed the benefits by a lot.

I would like this but voice actors are expensive.
