Heavensward codes not working?

Anyone else having issues? I've purchased two copies for Windows now and neither codes are "valid." I've tried customer service and they just tell me that they're not responsible for invalid codes. What!? YOU sold it to me! I can't be the only one.

Ya for some reason theres diff tabs for diff codes, u gotta find the one that says preorder bonus: early access. Or something like that in the mogstore.

Also, if you have a steam account, those PC codes will not work. You could cancel them if that was what happened.

I had a problem with mine to since the 0 look like o and 1 look like I due to the font EB Games used so if youe code looks like XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000 any letter that falls in the "XXXXX" are only letters even if it looks like a 1 or 0 there not numbers and any numbers that falls in the "000" are numbers only. I hope that makes sense.

X = Letters only
0 = Numbers only

They are also actually case sensitive. Mine was all capital letters with a few numbers, but I typed it in lower case thinking that the case didn't matter as long as the letters and numbers were in the same order as my email showed. But it didn't work, so I typed it in caps and then it worked.

Which codes and where? If you purchased from SE Store, you don't have to enter any code anywhere at this time. If you purchased elsewhere, then you should have a pre-order code which you have to use on Mog Station. And indeed, do make sure about those o's and zeros...

If it's a 20 char code it goes directly in the mog station, if not it's through the pre order website.
