    Goobbue legacy mount

    i was supposed to receive a goobbue legacy mount according to my friends that all got theirs. i was here for FFXIV, then beta for AAR then here for the release 1.0. i have tried ingame support no answer, tried contact us on the account management on the website they replied with information that had NOT one thing to do with the issue of the mount. so last resort is here. im just trying to find out why i didn't receive mine or what disqualified me for it since i was here when FFXIV was first released.
