Masha! Loved your Round 8 submitted shot, but of the outtakes, I think Test 5 is just awesome as well!

And lol on Ultros ogling you for the Beach scene. If you'd submitted that one it'd have a lot of fanvotes if that were a fanvote round, but I admit there to being way too much empty space in that shot... still love it! Also like the moonlit proposal one, but your hair and outfit seems to blend in with the background sadly so I understand why you didn't use it.

Since the montages haven't been considered and posted up even though they're all public on Rongi's Channel I think I'll highlight my final pictures here and talk about my process, linking each round's Album.

Round 8: Freestyle Battle Shot

Album I think this shot probably would have done REALLY well this round <3 What with all the comments of shots being at too wide of an angle and all. I'm not even casting an attack spell, it's Esuna! And these Qiqirn are like, level 9 in Central Thanalan and I'm a 50 White Mage. It was WAY too easy to kill them xD I love Qiqirn. I chose them as my subject ultimately because 1) I didn't have many thanalan shots in my portfolio, and 2) Central Thanalan has these Dust Storms, and I wanted to use that atmosphere, I think it turned out really nice ultimately... love the cartoon Qiqirn moves *BONK* *STARS* Some of my other outtakes were from leveling Rogue and Gladiator and while I loved my Rogue Outfit, I didn't think a level 10 Rogue was a very impressive sight.

Really... much too easy to kill them... this isn't a battle shot because they're all already dead! But I loved it anyway! xD

Round 9: Forest Scenic

Album I just had to interact with a Death Mouse, they're so cute! One of my concepts for this round turned into a concept for my Freestyle and so that's why there are less pictures HERE. But I really liked the idea of highlighting the life that goes on in the Forest, the creatures, wildlife, ect. I couldn't get this shot perfect... in fact, Doki took a shot for me on his brief stay on Brynhildr and I loved it, it was perfect! Except the darn mouse's head was in the dirt.

Round 10: Power of Three

Album Doki and I had the same idea, implemented in different ways! Every Lala wants to rule the world, I guess. My Lala friends were AWESOME help, and they even styled their hair to be twins for me! I rather like my outtakes with the Tank Arya, but even she said that the twins were so much better. I wanted a location that screamed royalty and I couldn't make the perfect room with the Emperor's throne, and the one that was suggested just did not cut it for me... so Haukke Manor seemed perfect for that high class air I was looking for. Great atmosphere too! There were so many shots I liked, but I was told the fireplace one seemed the best, the symmetry was really working in it, so I stuck with that for my final shoot and Arya was there with me and the twins (Thank you Twinkle Flower for being my White Mage in every single run of Haukke Manor, you rock!)

Round 11: Beach Party

Album Grabbing a bunch of friends and going to the beach just wasn't a hot idea for me, so instead I used the NPCs already there! My favorite Swimwear fit in perfectly as a lead singer/dancer for the dancing girls so I just took the spotlight. This pose in the bomb dance actually looked so like singing that I made a big blog of text to get my mouth to move while dancing and take shots xD. The Shot in the outtakes with my hair down was the inspirational pic.

Round 12: Freestyle Scenic

Album I had SO much trouble with this round! I could take a picture, ANYWHERE? of ANYTHING? I was at such a loss and one of my favorite shots was and old one I took at new years in my moogle outfit. And my concept originally was Lala kids at the playground in Gridania (but when I got everyone together, it rained, so we went indoors for a slumber party, but that didn't work out the best either) But then I had the rejected shot for Forest Scenic where I was playing with the Elementals and I was like.... You know? I loved the Elemental Photo shoot before, why don't I have elementals as my topic here? And I had so many shots in the shroud and was told to try it somewhere else, so I took it to La Noscea, but the water Elemental locations weren't inspiring... so I swapped to Wind Elementals... and Then I used my wings firework and it became I believe I can fly. This firework is SO awesome, but it's so hard to get a nice scenic because it covers so much. I really worked at getting a nice foreground AND some elementals in the shot at the same time... used like 40 fireworks trying to get the shot...

Almost my chosen shot. I loved the personality in it. But was told it was only "ok"


I liked the dynamic pathway in this one.


I LOVED this one but upon re-reading the rules, it had to be during day, in clear weather.

Round 8 - Free Style Battle

Original concept ideas -

I so much wanted to make this concept happen, but no matter how hard I tried, and even got someone else to take it from other angles did it ever work in my favor ; ; It was such an amazing shot in the beginning, but I knew what the judges would say (I can hear it again from cycle 3!) FLOATING HEAD FLOATING HEAD! Yet floating heads made through this time in this cycle XD

So I wanted to stay in Coerthas for this shot, so here is how the final result came to be!

Round 10 - Power of 3

I knew I wanted to redeem myself from cycle 3 with another Lost City of Amdapor shot, and HOPEFULLY PEOPLE WOULD GET IT THIS TIME! WhiteMage inside the city of WhiteMages!!!!!!! YUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted this one to be the one SOOOOOO badly, but the shot just wasn't framed the way I needed it to be and zoomed in properly >.< BUT DAMN was that an amazing shot caught at the right time! <3

And I liked your power of three idea too! But yeah, battle shots to highlight 3 people are HARD! I gave it an attempt on mine and just was not working it...
