    Was the code in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format?

    Make sure that you enter the code in pre-order promo code section, not the item redemption one (which is for stuff like soundtrack bonus items)

    it was the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX code and on the mog station, i followed the instructions but it keeps telling me it is invalid

    Here are the instructions for redeeming your Windows code on the Mog Station for early access. If these did not work, please contact the NA Square Enix Online Store support and let them know that your pre-order code is invalid. For our reference, what are the first four digits of your 20-digit code? They should be RT2U.

    I have been imputing my code since the 15th and still have gotten the same as MoldyOne. yes the code for me does start with RT2U, and I even did a side by side from the preorder site. Whats the deal with that?

    yep, those were the exact instructions i used and my first 4 digits are RT2U
