Pre order code invalid

i am in NA and got the NA CE from the SE store and when i try and enter my 20 digit code, i get a message saying it is invalid. who do i need to contact to fix this?

Was the code in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format?

Make sure that you enter the code in pre-order promo code section, not the item redemption one (which is for stuff like soundtrack bonus items)

it was the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX code and on the mog station, i followed the instructions but it keeps telling me it is invalid

If these did not work, please contact the NA Square Enix Online Store support and let them know that your pre-order code is invalid. For our reference, what are the first four digits of your 20-digit code? They should be RT2U.

I have been imputing my code since the 15th and still have gotten the same as MoldyOne. yes the code for me does start with RT2U, and I even did a side by side from the preorder site. Whats the deal with that?

yep, those were the exact instructions i used and my first 4 digits are RT2U

I am also getting the Code Invalid message. Mine starts with RT2U as well.

The first account I registered was fine, but the second code (for my 2nd account) says invalid

Just a FYI, if you bought your ARR game through Steam and registered that serial number, ordering any other expansion pack not through steam will give a invalid code/serial number, even if it's starts with RT2U. If your account is registered with Steam, you can only get the expansion pack through them (Steam) and currently it is not available for pre-order (as of 5/19/2015).

So since i bought my game via steam, i cant use a non steam registration code for my version?
