    Greetings again!

    The hotfix last night was done to address the issue, according to the hotfix notes that were posted. Hopefully this resolves the issue for people who had not used their codes yet. Please do let us know if this type of issue does occur again in the future so we can try to resolve it quickly. Thank you for your patience.

    Is good that you fixed this but is there a chance you could give us an actual answer as to when we will be able to actually preorder HW from the PS store? Please don't say soon cause all SE has been saying is the same soon BS.
