New guildleve revisions: Guildleves or Guildleve Points?

In the new guildleve revisions, the wording seems to have confused several people so I wanted to get some clarification:

Will the new system give you "guildleve points" or something similar, which accumulate similarly to anima allowing you be logged off for a week and save up your points, or will you have to log on every day to collect your 4 leves?

Hopefully it's the former.

It's the former, this is being designed for people with less playtime, so they can do all their leves on whatever day they have a lot of free time and not have to worry about lagging behind because they couldn't play the rest of the week.

Je confirme les dires d'Antipika concernant la manière dont le quota de mandat se renouvèle. Nul besoin de se connecter toutes les 12 heures afin de pouvoir stocker des mandats. A titre de comparaison, le système fonctionnera comme les animas. La valeur augmentera toute seule, que le joueur se connecte ou non.

Il sera uniquement possible de prendre 8 mandats en même temps (comme actuellement), mais tout en ayant une réserve allant jusqu'à 99.
