    Support Desk window & reply notifications

    Can we please have a "mark all as read" or "clear notifications" or any such button?? Just to have a sure-fire way to actually do away with the notifications? Because the whole thing seems to be very ... broken? sluggish? I don't even know.

    I'm too tired of opening a reply, closing the issue - and the notification still blinking, not disappearing.

    I'm too tired of opening a reply, clicking on the Reply button to open the message editor, clicking on Return, closing the issue to do away with the notification - to have it appear for the same message, blinking and in the chat window as well, time and time again.

    Could the whole Support Desk window get some network/connection priority? To me the whole notification-issue seems to be caused by intense lag. The same lag that causes the whole Support Desk window to operate extremely slowly, sometimes not displaying History at all, sometimes not displaying anything under Recent, unless I switch tabs a few times. It's abysmal. Awful. This is one of those parts of the UI/game that should be the snappiest and most reliable - and it's completely on the opposite end of the scale: cumbersome, slow, annoying. Please prioritise tweaking it.



    And while at it, PLEASE REMOVE THIS CURSED 1000 CHARACTERS PER POST LIMIT. I'm fed up of having to take extra steps just to be able to submit all my perfectly legit post, because of such an obsolete and unnecessary restriction.

    When I press the "Close" button for replies and notices I receive, I first get an confirmation windows asking me, "Close this issue?" I click "OK", only to see another window telling me "The issue is closed." forcing me to click one more "Ok" button. And this behavior persists even on issues that have already been "closed". That's THREE buttons that must be clicked every time I want to close a response to one of my inquiries.
