be sure your mogbox isn't full of old opened messages or new stuff may have trouble coming in. Yes, 'opened' messages also has a cap.

I've received the Rank 3 and Rank 4 rewards during 2.1. I'm very sure I have both received both the minion and mount reward from the mail because it is already opened. And no, my opened mail is not full and my unopened mail is empty. Only until recently I've subbed back and realised I have that mount missing.
