Thread: LF> Monk or Dragoon for raid static 3.0 and onward

Hey hey.

So unfortunately one of our members' school schedules coming up means they can't keep raiding with us. So we are here looking for someone who is ready able and willing to start off this expansion next month with a serious bang.

We are a group of friends from previous MMOs who maintain high standards and hardcore ideals on a much smaller raiding schedule.

We have cleared every instance of the Binding Coil of Bahamut (1-13) well before any instance of echo or nerfs took place. We expect similar progress from our potential recruits as we need someone familiar with maintaining a good progress especially under our time constraints. If you lack things like all of your proper cross classes or can't sustain the use of consumables then we're not going to fit.

Currently we raid Tuesdays 8:30pm - 12:30am EST and Thursdays 9:30pm - 12:30am EST. Given that we only raid twice a week we want someone who wants to learn as much as they can in between our days to become quickly familiar with the fights or constantly trying to tweak their own performances.

Besides Alexander (both normal and hard) we will continue to do other activities whether it's primals, 24 mans, capping tomestones and as such it's expected that if it's on a scheduled raid day that you treat it as such and show up.

We do not require you to join the FC to be with us, just that you are in a linkshell. If you decide to join great but we only have about 10-11 people total so it's not as lively and chatty as other FCs. What we do require is that you are able to take critiques, be able to focus and stay focused and to really enjoy and love playing the game (after all if you don't like the game why are you forcing yourself to raid).
