Earth and water free company buff not 5%

The earth and water free company buff says that it is 5% buff to gathering xp. Yet when I am fishing it only give 4% buff. I know it may not seem like a lot but after catching 100 fish that's 10% that I am missing which could mean the difference of a level.

It might help if you post the values you're getting before and after the buff, because it may be a rounding issue.
