    trouble with Quest: Alisaie's Pledge

    HI im trying to gain access to 2nd coil but i need the quest Alisaie's Pledge ( http://xivdb.com/?quest/66696/Alisaie%27s-Pledge ).

    I abandoned it some time ago and while trying to find loose ends i cant pick up let alone find the quest.

    I went to Urianger, but he doesn't seem to give me the option, i cant find Alisale at all. I have the prerequisite quest Primal Awakening cleared according to my quest log.

    Any pointers on where i need to go to get this quest again would be appreciated.

    If I remember correctly, the Second Coil was centered around Fallguard Float in North Shroud, I think there were a few things you had to do there before actually getting access, you might want to check there if nothing else, otherwise I would put in a GM ticket if you absolutely can't find how to start it up again.
