    PC Specs help

I have already seen the PC Specs and have played on FFXIV for almost half a year now. However, I'm interested in seeing just how much of an upgrade I need. From what I've seen, my specs hit the minimum requirements okay. And on most occasions it plays fine, but when I go to mhor dona, or teleport it takes my pc a long time to load things up. I wonder if anyone had any opinions on what I should focus upgrading on my PC. I do plan on getting Heavansward, and I do plan on getting the benchmark as well. But please, I'm really interested to know if I can do a decent upgrade, or if I'm better off getting a new PC. All comments are very much appreciated. Here are my PC Specs:
Operating System: Windows Vista 32 bit
    Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) 2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20 GHz 539 MHz
    Graphics: NVidia Geforce GT 610
    Memory: 2.00 GB RAM
    Diskspace: Over 125 GB

And just for reference here are the minimum and recommended requirements:
    FXIV: ARR Minimum System Requirements

    Operating System: Windows® Vista 32/64bit, Windows® 7 32/64 bit
    Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo
    Graphics: NVIDIA® Geforce® 8800 Series, ATI Radeon™ HD 4770
    Memory: 2GB (4GB recommended for 64bit OS)
    Disk Space: 20GB.

    FXIV: ARR Recommended System Requirements

For the best performance you should aim to run the game on a system with at least these specifications.
    Operating System: Windows® 7 64 bit
    Processor: Intel® Core™ i5
Graphics: NVIDIA® Geforce® GTX 660 or higher, AMD Radeon™ HD 7950 or higher
    Memory: 4GB of RAM.
    Disk Space: 20GB.

You could grab a Core2Quad off Ebay (Q6600 or better) and get a better GPU.
GTX 550ti or equivalent.(which would help a ton)

But a new system with an i5 and GTX 960 and an SSD would be a lot nicer to play on.

Thanks so much for responding. To be honest, I think getting a new system might be the way to go. Again, thanks for responding. Much appreciated.
