Never had to use this before so if i miss anything just say, i was crafting earlier on and lost my materials from the synth randomly cancelling on its own i wouldnt mind but it was alot of time and gil wasted i have done the same synths over and over and this one the arrow moved to cancel and when i hit hasty touch to reclaim it just cancelled it wasnt the reclaim as i had still a few touches to go i recorded it to see if it was me but it wasnt i tried in game contact to return my items back so i can continue to craft but they said come here for help
