    Bought EU Base game from elsewhere and HeavensWard from GMG but the code is invalid

    Anyone experiencing the same thing? The HeavensWard code GMG gave me is invalid when i key it into the mogstation.. Any help?

    did kind of the same but for a na game and cant get my code as a valid one for havensward, if you had fixed it already could you giv me some tips

    Did you buy the game for the region of your account? ie. EU standard edition needs EU heavensward. .

    You can enter code for Heavensward in Mogstation already? Where is that option? I thought you can only redeem them at 15th

    Edit : Okay, this is pretty weird. The preorder code page said "Please note that the below codes cannot be redeemed yet. We will email you as soon as the codes are able to be redeemed. This is currently scheduled to happen on or around May 15, 2015.
    " But somehow I can redeem the code just fine in Mogstation.

    Not sure if you have solved your problem yet, but I have bought HW from GMG today and applied the keycode successfully on my Mog Station account. However, some of the keycode could easily be mis-typed eg 5/S 0/O......I had to really make sure I was typing the correct thing.....not saying you are doing this but worth double-checking you are putting it in correctly
