    if you have not yet entered a code for heavensward yet there is an extra panel under account settings (last one) that clearly states:

    Enter Pre-Order
    Bonus Code
    (Early Access Code)

    Enter the code there. Check your account summary if it says anything about heavensward yet too. If you enter the code this panel will vanish.
