Number amount of people on FF14 Dev team?

I was wondering also I remember at fanfest he said the team is very, very small.

There was a slide show presentation of it and stuff. He said one guy alone coded and made all the monsters in the open world. O.O

Poor guy, that must be the saddest job ever...
