So who thinks that patch 1.19 is going to come out on or before September 23rd, 2011 or be delayed past that?

Why September 23rd you ask? Well that's the first day of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and remember that Yoshi-P had a list of stuff to be done before the end of Summer.

Personally I think they'll push the patch back. I really hope they don't, but if the patch is apparently bigger than 1.18 then I think it's plausible.

Yeah unlike the past patch, it seems like 1.19 is on a strict schedule, and if something isn't ready in time instead of delaying it they are going to push those things into 1.19. However if I recall I think Yoshi-P said somewhere that for him the end of summer was the end of September. So I would give them by the first of October.

Even if he gets it out before 23rd he will of already failed his "before end of summer" as we've still not got no Ifrit battle that was promised among other changes (jobs etc).

I doubt before 23rd though, maybe near end of month or October.

TBH it was silly to say it all could be done before summer, i expected it up till end of year.

On topic: I'd say sometime between the 21st of September and the 1st of October. I really wouldn't b*tch and gripe about a few days to two weeks being behind schedule, that's a pretty minute amount of time in the grand scheme of things.

I'm with you on the Job changes, but they said that the Ifrit battle is coming in 1.19, so that will make the dead line. The only piece I saw get delayed past the "by the end of summer" was the job system.

My vote, however is for September 20th.
