Please, for the love of God, add a minimum item level for Frontlines

Please add some minimum item level requirement for Frontlines.
AT LEAST ilv70, more preferably ilv80 since it syncs to 80 anyway.

That's a very low item level already, shouldn't be a problem for anyone when you can get to full lv100+ in one day or two by doing ridiculously easy content for soldiery tomes.

I've been seeing some people on Aether data center who are hardly equipped enough for a Frontline slaughter battle.

There is this Ninja with 2000HP, which is absolutely low.
He/She has the lv45 quest gear, and level 40- accessories and a lv35ish weapon.

I've seen this person getting killed from 8 to 20 times EACH frontline battle, giving free points to other GCs. Of course this person has 0 kills always.

I've been seeing this person for a while now, and he/she still hasn't updated any of his gear. I wonder if (s)he's there just to troll us or to give easier wins to opponent GCs...

So to avoid this kind of harassment, PLEASE, for the love of god, add a minimum item level for Frontlines in order to make it more balanced.

I'm not a gear *****, but having a gear half of the level of everyone else make stuff not fun nor fair, even more so when you get 2-3 ppl with level 40ish gear in the same alliance/party, while everyone else is on level 80 (synced) gear on opossing GCs.

    Thank you.

It will be EXTREMELY hard for them to do this properly due to the swap-at-home-base mechanic. I mean, I would like there to be some sort of cap as well, but they may have to change some other things around for that to happen.

It's hard to say just how since not many instances let you swap freely like FL does.

Easiest solution would be to implement an i70 or i80 twink rule

Yeah it's a problem. It is easy/free kills that feeds the other team points, making it a negative for the team.
It's not a widespread problem, thankfully, it seems.
Most people DO have the sense to gear up before trying it.
The ones that do get in with low gear usually get yelled at, and it seems like they don't come back, at least not for a while.

I would support a minimum ilvl requirement as well, but as noted it might be hard to enforce due to class swapping and the buggy Armoury System in general.
But it probably is possible, because they don't let you switch to classes under Level 50, so there are some checks already in place.

I think they could probably leverage some of their existing programming to prevent class changes to classes under a certain ilvl, because of something I've noticed. I have a separate PVP vs PVE loadout for my casters, with the PVP loadout being lower ilvl than the PVE loadout but with pretty much all Crit/Det for secondaries (since after the level sync down to i80, some of my i80/i90 pieces are better for PVP than some of my i130 ones once they've been synch'd down).

Anyway, if I register as BLM/SMN and I have my PVE set equipped, and the commence window pops, if I try to change to my PVP set at that point, I get a message that I'm unable to change gear at that time. That message only pops when I'm trying to go from a higher ilvl to a lower one, and not if swapping from a lower ilvl one to a higher one, so there's some kind of check programmed to catch that. As soon as the instance starts, I can swap to my lower ilvl (but still above i80) PVP set, but just as they can prevent gear swaps to a lower ilvl after hitting commence, seems like they should be able to prevent a class swap to an ilvl < i80 inside the instance. It wouldn't prevent people from wearing totally useless accessories to cheat the ilvl but that's just a small subset of the problem and it seems worth fixing.
