I've got a trick that should work for you, try changing the macro to use:

/pac Obey <me>

They made an update to Obey and Sic awhile ago where the target can be either an enemy or self... so if you set to self via <me> you'll be sure not to pull by mistake.

Hmmm never repeled off of titan - though at one point landede right on the edge... that was a heart attack moment if any. The rest was the usual t5 and t9 walls...

Ow I'm here to soak fbs... repel shot into wall... erm... upsie... T9... ahh golem... grab... repel into the wall...

I'm not sure if it has been patched since whatever time last year, but I found that repelling shot with your back to the ledge on Titan didn't cause you to fall, but sort of "warp" a fair distance away along the arena.

If I do that(and have a tried intentionally when wipping) it warps me to the floor. Literaly start animation top, end at bottom. Really wish there wasn't a death zone down there... would like to walk around...

Wasn't a DPS derp moment, but I've had something similar (heart attack + landing on the edge + death walls) in T5 while I was still in the learning process.
I got divebombed out of the pit, stopped to heal myself and one other that got slingshot out to the middle of the floor.... got marked for divebomb soon after and didn't move fast enough. I got slingshot BACK into the pit, and slid to a stop just before the death wall, with the rest of the group. o_o Heart attack + Couldn't do that again even if I tried. "Saseal, we'll need heals for the sna-Oh... okay, well, that works" *Pretends it was all on purpose... after reviving self from the heart attack* I-I got dis.... o_x

DPS derp.....
Sigh. I was on DRG and Jump'ed a LadyCandle (I believe it was?) in the last boss of Haukke NM while it had already started to explode.

DPS derp..... DRG and Jumping

Did this once with CoD I evaded the feint particle beam cast but I decided to jump before it hit um ya much pain ensued....

Another I was on my NIN in Ex roulette got KotL the tank quit at Middy the new tank comes in when it comes to goad I goaded the SMN instead of the tank becuase I forgot to /psort and the smn was where the tank usually is (the healer was also replaced earlier to) on the list ooops /shrug

I had "face target when using skills" turned off for WHMing T5 to help an FC Mate clear (to keep myself from spinning... since I've cure spin-ran into the death wall trying to dodge a divebomb, before *hides face in shame as "Haha nice one, Saseal" is heard over TS...*).
I then switched to MNK to DF into T7. Every time I switched to ADDs or switched back to the boss, my character would stand around looking like a derp, while I'm increasingly panic-slapping the rotation buttons (and having to constantly re-position myself), wondering why I'm not doing anything --- looking like an idiot in the mean time. My character would just dance about, studying this lamia thing in front of him.

Then I remembered, after a wipe, that I'd forgotten to turn the 'Face target' option back on :| *hopes no one noticed in the chaos...*

Was doing Shiva HM in rpulette on my alt's DRG after rearranging my crossbars. Hit Elusive jump by accident instead of blood for blood. Put me into the edge and i got iced gaoled haha.

Got 3 commendations for that at least LOL.

Monk derps:
I tend to forget fists of fire a lot. Also I thought that snap punch got replaced by newer moves so for a year I didnt have it on my hotbar. I also didnt know about greased lightning for about that long too, and I tried to macro the monk combos...I noticed that didn't work too well and wondered why.

Snowcloak (as a monk again):
I go to cast my lb and a split second later the aoes point at me. My healer friend points out that I am gonna die and gets one-shotted. two kills in one xD

Ifrit ex (as a dragoon, first few runs):
I dps nails far away from the tank I am chained to and wonder why I keep dying xD

T9 (dragoon):
Getting killed by ravensbeak aoe three times in one run ;-;

Ampdapor HM (tonight as a monk):
Boss was at its last hp, it trapped our blm in the pudding thing. I decided to use the lb on the boss rather than free the blm. but for some reason it got interrupted and the blm died and I stood there for a few seconds as the win screen popped up. Blm said he wasnt even mad because it was so silly xD I groveled and quickly escaped but found out I got 3 commendations for my derp.

The feeling when you'd rather take 5 seconds longer for your Ninjutsu to cool-down than show that you bunny'ed because you attacked too soon into the Ninjutsu cast animation and clipped it.

Also: Coming out of a lag spike to repelling shot off a nearby bomb mid-landslide to avoid being knocked off. Spend so long in awe of this fact that another bomb blows you up.
