What are the most populated servers? Thanks.

Which data center, EU, NA or JP? Some of the more populated worlds on the NA data centers are, Balmung, Gilgamesh and Sargatanas. You can also check out FFXIV Soul, although its accuracy can vary.

I would not trust FFXIV Soul at all, since, as the creator said, "At the moment the site just scrapes player populations based on whether or not they're in an FC," which isn't a good way to determine whether or not a character is active. Plenty of people have alts in FCs and plenty of FCs don't remove inactive players.

I would go mess around with Lucky Bancho's page instead, like here are the stats he has for Gilgamesh.
He doesn't do a side-by-side comparison between worlds, unfortunately, but he periodically checks to see how many characters have changed in HP, and mount/minion collection to determine whether or not they're active. It's still not perfect, of course, but it's pretty good.

For US its like Gilghames and Behemoth? as for EU it seems all the servers are fairly even from what im looking at this site hxxp://luckybancho.ldblog.jp/ only one that falls a bit down on numbers is moogle
